You guarantee that all information you submit to us for the contract is accurate and comprehensive. If the Academy discovers falsified reference documents or CVs, it reserves the right to refuse payment and deny the applicant’s admission to the course.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.

Registration is required to purchase or access courses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We collect and process personal data (e.g., name, email, payment info) to provide our services.

Your reservation will be verified via email five days before the commencement of the courses upon receipt of your prepayment and subsequent payment. After the course (On-site) is confirmed five days in advance, students will get joining instructions via email at the email address they provided on the booking form. The online course can be started straight after the payment. 

If the in-class course is cancelled by any party up to 30 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid at the time of reservation. A deduction of 30€ from the total amount to be refunded will be made for reimbursing expenses.

A 25 % prepayment can secure your dates; however, it is not fully guaranteed until the complete course is paid. Always confirm the dates with the school before booking any flights or travel.

The total cost of the course (in-class with Zoom sessions) must be paid before the commencement date. If you have started the course on the online platform, there are no refund opportunities. Online courses can be held up to 12 months from your enrollment date. Access to the platform can vary depending on the course, from 3 to 12 months.

Zeas Yacht Academy does not reimburse any associated expenses (such as flights, accommodation, meals and beverages, visa fees, travel insurance, local transportation, personal expenses, uniforms, shipping or courier costs, extra training) paid. Zeas Yacht Academy does not refund any students’ costs related to travelling, accommodation or force majeure (weather-related flight cancellation or loss of documents). In the case of force majeure, a student can join the next available course, depending on availability.

Zeas Marine Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss related to course usage, delays in access, or technical issues.

We do not guarantee job placements as a result of taking any course.

You must use a credit or debit card to make payments through our website; we accept the majority of popular credit and debit cards. If you would prefer to pay the course cost in an alternative manner, please get in touch with our Training Team. At our Thinkific platform, you can choose flexible instalment plans (2-3 months payments) to spread your course payments over time. The VAT is included in the prices of the courses.

We will be handling information about you in compliance with our privacy policy. By using the website, you agree to this processing and guarantee that the information you provide is accurate.

The UK will be the applicable law for contracts relating to the purchase of courses on our website, as well as any disagreement or claim originating from or related to them, their formation, or their subject matter. This includes disagreements or claims that are not related to contracts.

Diplomas and certificates postage is not included in the cost. The crew and students who paid for the diplomas will receive a scanned copy via email. However, you may purchase them from the website for a reasonable fee of 30€ for deliveries outside Europe and 20€ for deliveries inside Europe. If you require a copy of your diploma or want to send it again after 30 days of the first time, the cost will be 30 euros per diploma.

For online, onboard, 1:1, in-class courses, Zeas Yacht Academy retains 25% of your advance payment without offering a refund if you choose not to enrol in the courses you are registered in or do not log into the system. Access to all reserved materials and courses, including online Zoom sessions and in-person classes, requires full payment.

Is it your obligation to respond to emails from the training team or the platform system and to follow the instructions to begin and finish the courses. If you do not respond to letters after 45 days, a second payment will be charged (25% of the course’s total cost). If you do not complete the assignments, the certificate will not be issued. If the course is not completed by the student, the money for the course will not be reimbursed, and the access will not be extended.
