Olga Rostokina leads Zeas Yacht Academy as Founder and CEO. A graduate of the prestigious César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Olga’s career has taken her from cruise ships to some of the world’s largest superyachts, culminating in leadership roles as Chief Stewardess and Head of Service on vessels up to 100 meters.

Olga’s distinguished background includes proficiency in high-end service styles (American, Mirror Synchronized, Silver, and Buffet), wine and cigar expertise, and creating seamless guest experiences for UHNWI and Royal Families.
Olga is deeply committed to continuous professional development, always seeking new knowledge to stay at the forefront of the luxury yachting industry. Over the years, she has completed several high-level courses that reflect her dedication to excellence. These include the Advanced Interior Management and Head of Service Diploma from The Yacht Stewardess Training Academy, as well as the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines with Distinction from Sussex Wine School. Additionally, she successfully completed GUEST-accredited training units through Barcelona Crew Academy.
Her ongoing investment in education ensures that her standards remain aligned with industry trends, allowing her to lead by example and empower future yacht professionals with up-to-date skills, impeccable service techniques, and a strong understanding of international hospitality standards.
